THE WELLNESS HIROO is a fully private, appointment-only integrated wellness salon in Hiroo.
We offer personalized, made-to-order sessions by combining treatments such as acupuncture, moxibustion, yomogi (herbal steam), aromatherapy, intestinal care, radio-frequency, hot stones, and cupping—tailored to your condition on the day—to help restore balance to both body and mind.

Recommended for those who:
・Have been told “nothing is wrong” in medical checkups/tests, yet still feel persistent fatigue or heaviness
・Sleep lightly or don’t feel recovered even after resting
・Have chronic coldness, swelling, or stiffness in the neck/shoulders
・Experience unstable digestion or ongoing skin troubles

We assess your overall condition and design each session by identifying the key factors contributing to your symptoms that day.

Rather than relying on strong pressure alone, we combine warming, improving circulation, releasing tension, and supporting internal balance to help guide you toward a body that can truly rest and recover.

We also share simple self-care and lifestyle tips you can do at home when needed.
